WILLIAM'S JOURNEY
William Coetzee
William worked at some of Cape Town's most iconic restaurants — Beluga, Bungalow, and Karibu — before joining Joe's Easy Diner in 2012. He rose to become Operations Director and the first franchisee, earning a nomination for Best New Business 2018.
His expertise lies in operations management, leadership development, and building systems that scale. Today he also leads Data-Flow EMS, his hospitality-focused employee management venture.

SEELAN'S JOURNEY
Seelan Sundoo
Seelan carved his own path as a restaurateur — launching and managing Seelan's Signature Restaurant, Sundoo Indian Tapas & Bar, and other ventures that showcased his culinary creativity and entrepreneurial drive.
His strength lies in concept creation, menu innovation, and building customer experiences that last. Successful projects include Seelan Waterfront, Sundoo Sea Point, Macau, Uno Mas, Three Wise Monkeys, Grand Beach and Shimmy Beach Club.
